Stample Giving Compass

Privacy Policy

Effective July 25, 2026 · English version · Matches the offline in-app policy

1. Responsible entity and scope

This policy applies to Stample Giving Compass, published for STAMPLE FAMILY FOUNDATION, INC., 6300 SAGEWOOD DR STE H594, PARK CITY, UT 84098. Publisher identifiers: D-U-N-S® 141453658; EIN 39-2984609. It covers the Android app and its device-local educational planning features.

2. Data you choose to create

You may create cause questions, need statements, evidence notes, fictional proposal drafts, diligence checks, ethics reflections, comparison states, and impact-learning notes. Do not enter bank data, donor records, applicant records, or sensitive personal information.

3. Purpose of local processing

The app processes entries on your device only to display, organize, edit, export, and delete your own educational planning work.

4. Data not collected by the publisher

The publisher does not collect entries, accounts, names, contacts, photos, audio, location, device identifiers, advertising IDs, analytics, financial accounts, donation details, applicant data, or government identifiers.

5. Accounts, servers, and cloud services

There is no account, login, publisher database, cloud sync, grant-submission endpoint, or app-operated server. The publisher has no server copy of device-only drafts.

6. Permissions

The app requests no Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, notification, calendar, phone, broad storage, advertising, or background-service permission.

7. SDKs, advertising, analytics, and tracking

The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, social, payment, banking, mapping, profiling, or data-broker SDK. Android and Jetpack Compose libraries render the interface.

8. Sharing, disclosure, and sale

The app does not automatically transmit, disclose, or sell data. Export opens Android's Sharesheet only after you choose it; the selected destination's privacy terms apply. Support opens your email app.

9. Intended audience and sensitive information

The app is intended for adults. Do not enter child-identifying information, passwords, bank or payment data, donor records, nonpublic applicant details, health data, legal records, or information requiring a dedicated secure system.

10. Educational and funding boundaries

The app is an educational workspace. It is not a grant application portal, does not announce open funding, accept proposals, collect donations, process payments, verify charities, provide legal or financial advice, or make or promise funding decisions.

11. Retention

Entries remain in Android app-private storage until you edit them, choose Delete All Local Data, clear app storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app.

12. Deletion and account deletion

Delete All Local Data clears saved preferences on this device. Because no accounts exist, account deletion is not applicable. Exported copies must be deleted separately from their destination.

13. Security, backup, and device transfer

Android app-private storage limits access by other apps. Cloud backup and device-to-device extraction are disabled. No device storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure; use a device lock and avoid sensitive data.

14. Your choices, changes, and contact

You decide whether to enter, revise, export, or delete information. Material changes will be reflected in an app update and public policy page. Privacy questions: YuJantqj3pl6@gmail.com.

Account deletion: Not applicable because the app has no accounts. Use Delete All Local Data for device-side entries.
